Dr. Rashkin specializes in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases. Dr. Rashkin completed his Medical School Training at the Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic, then completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Mt. Carmel Mercy Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Subsequently, he completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Rashkin is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.

Dr. Sakhatskyy specializes in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Sakhatskyy completed his Medical School Training at the Bukovinian Medical School in Ukraine before doing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine/Pulmonology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He then completed a Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at Brown University, Rhode Island Hospital. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Dr. Yeager specializes in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Yeager completed his Medical School Training at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine/Pulmonology at the University of Illinois in Chicago and his Fellowships in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine at University Hospitals Cleveland.

Dr. Alcharif is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. He graduated Medical School from Damascus University, Syria. He completed Internal Medicine residency training at Damascus University Hospitals in Syria as well as King Fahad Hospital in Medina, Saudi Arabia where he was the chief resident and later practiced hospital medicine. He moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine. After arriving in the United States, Dr. Alcharif completed residency training at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. Dr. Alcharif also worked as a Hospitalist prior to completing his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Medicine at USF Tampa.

Heather Ramous is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and is a former Critical Care Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Petersburg College and her Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nursing at the University of South Florida.

Devin Dominguez is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who received his Master of Science in Nursing from South University and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of South Florida. Devin worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital for seven years prior to joining Respiratory Specialists in 2022.
